BIG O TIRES is currently interviewing candidates with proven Service Manager experience and can drive sales and service into our Big O Tire Service Centers. We are looking for:
- A proven history of successful Service Manager expertise including but not limited to leadership and coaching
- Ability to demonstrate a thorough understanding of all Service Technician positions.
- Experience with all equipment, gauges, and tools associated with diagnosis, installation, and repair of mechanical services and tire-related services.
- Strong service sales and expense control ability.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Possession of a valid in-state driver’s license.
- Strong communication and customer service skills with a high level of professional integrity.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends.
