We're looking for a dynamic salesperson to join our team! The salesperson works under the Manager and Assistant Manager of the store. It is important that the salesperson exhibits qualities that allow them to work well with other members of the team as well as individually with customers.
The Salesperson is expected to fulfill the following responsibilities:
1. Create great customer experiences by taking care of the customer and their vehicle needs by sharing expert advice on tires, services & warranties. This includes respectful behavior, creating a pleasant environment, and striving to communicate clearly and respectfully. You must be driven to learn about the services and products we provide and their best applications, and stay current in training and vendor updates.
2. The scheduled hours may include working opening and/or closing shifts, holidays, overtime, and Saturdays.
3. Help keep our store looking top-notch! Maintain a clean and presentable space for customers to enjoy while in the store. This includes inside and outside of building, to create a safe and presentable environment for staff and customers. Help maintain inventory and ensure the prudent usage of inventory items, including intake and stocking of delivered inventory items such as tires, parts, and fluids.
4. Support the manager of the store with day-to-day functions of the store. Be a team player and help in functions requested that is needed to maintain the business. Help with events put on by WSTCI.
Bilingual in Spanish a plus and experience preferred but not required. We will provide career pathways and education for employees to gain experience, receive pay increases and promotions, and to provide a long-term future for those willing to put in the work.
