Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive automotive diagnostics and repairs on various makes and models.
- Conduct routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot and resolve vehicle issues efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance to clients clearly.
- Mentor and train junior technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate service completion.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of automotive repair experience in a professional setting.
- ASE certification preferred; must have a valid driver's license.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
